Angie Herndon, Director of Customer Care


Angela Herndon has a great variety of past professional experience.  She has worked in a bank trust department, as a sales representative in a newspaper advertising department, and she was the finance manager at an auto dealership.  For the last 7 years she has worked as a business partner and the director of customer care for Benefits Blueprint.  Every day Angela demonstrates a true and sincere concern for the well-being of Benefits Blueprint customers.  Her primary objective is to provide the very best possible customer care to our employee benefit accounts.  She is always available to handle any questions or situations in a timely manner.


  • Fall 1986 – Graduated with a BS from Murray State University in Murray, KY

  • Spring 2010 – Received TN Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license


  • Spring 1987 – Bank of Murray, Trust Department in Murray, Kentucky

  • Spring 1988 – Murray Ledger and Times newspaper, Account Executive in Murray, KY

  • Summer 1992 – Auto Finance, Assistant Manager in Nashville, Tennessee

  • Jan 2008 / Present – Benefits Blueprint in Nashville, Tennessee


Angie has home-schooled her children since the fall of 2000.  She enjoy watching her children in their activities, cooking, home decorating, boating and serving family and friends.  Angie, Tim, and family attend First Baptist Church in Mount Juliet, Tennessee.
